The Roosting Place is situated in the heart of the Forest of Dean. The Forest of Dean is one of England's few remaining ancient forests and is an outstanding place to visit at any time of the year.
Nestling between the Wye and Severn Valleys, it boasts over 27,000 acres of beautiful woodland. Within this area can be found, breathtaking walks, many miles of cycleways and numerous outdoor pursuits. These consist of golf courses, canoeing, fishing(coarse and river), caving to name but a few!
The cottage is set in nearly an acre. It is the perfect getaway, enjoying its own private garden with views over the surrounding countryside. Local attractions include The Steam Railway at Norchard, the Sculpture Trail at Beechenhurst, many beautiful walks and much more to suit any age whether you want to relax or have the most active of holidays!
